The YIMHI Mentoring Program is an opportunity for seasoned practitioners and teachers at all levels of experience to learn the Yoga Is My Health Insurance approach to Yoga. An emphasis is placed on the personal practice of the student as the cornerstone of the learning process. Guided home study helps students apply concepts from each session to their personal practice and teaching.
Lilith Bailey-Kroll will help you (the mentee) identify target areas of growth, cultivate your unique strengths and provide feedback for accurate self-assessment. Each relationship is custom-tailored to best support your personal practice.
